Precision Digital Cutting

The tank pad is produced using 1:1 OEM vehicle data and 4D scanning technology, accurately reproducing the shape and contours of the original fuel tank.

The product is digitally pre-cut according to the specific motorcycle model, so there is no need for knife trimming during installation. This helps reduce the risk of accidentally scratching the painted surface and provides a cleaner, more precise finish.

Installation Instructions

Before installation, thoroughly clean the fuel tank surface and make sure it is completely dry and free from dust, oil, wax, or other contaminants.

Do not apply adhesion promoter to painted surfaces.

Start applying the pad from one end and gradually work across the surface to minimize air bubbles and wrinkles.
