Designed specifically for RSV NMAX155 handlebar conversion setups, this titanium fastener kit from SPARTS delivers both performance and reliability.
Manufactured from premium S-grade TC4 titanium alloy, these bolts offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. Widely used in aerospace, Formula 1, and MotoGP applications, TC4 titanium ensures a high level of safety and performance under demanding conditions.
Each bolt is hot-forged at 650°C using custom S-PARTS exclusive molds, featuring a precision-stamped SPARTS logo. To maintain superior accuracy and structural integrity, each die is used no more than 300 times.
Under the same specifications, SPARTS TC4 titanium fasteners provide strength comparable to 10.9-grade steel while maintaining a weight close to aluminum—achieving the perfect balance between strength and lightweight performance.
