Everything you need to know about SPARTS titanium bolts.
1: Do titanium bolts require anti-seize?
Yes.
We strongly recommend applying anti-seize lubricant when installing titanium bolts.

Titanium alloy may experience thread galling during installation, especially under high torque or dry conditions. Proper anti-seize helps ensure smooth installation, prevents thread damage, and improves long-term reliability.
For brake-related applications that originally use threadlocker from the factory, medium-strength threadlocker may be used instead of anti-seize.
Please do not use anti-seize and threadlocker together.
2: Can titanium bolts be used on brake systems?
Yes.
SPARTS titanium bolts are widely used in motorcycle brake systems, including brake calipers, brake rotors, and master cylinders.
Our products are manufactured from high-strength S-grade TC4 titanium alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight performance, and stable strength under high temperatures.
For safety-critical components, always install according to the recommended torque specifications and use proper installation methods.
3: Are titanium bolts stronger than steel?
SPARTS titanium bolts are made from S-grade TC4 titanium alloy (Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V).
Under the same specifications, TC4 titanium offers strength comparable to 10.9-grade steel while being significantly lighter and more corrosion-resistant.
Titanium also performs exceptionally well in wet environments, high temperatures, and long-term riding conditions where ordinary steel bolts may rust or oxidize.

4: Will the titanium color fade over time?
Our Gold, Blue, Black, and Titanium colors use vacuum nitriding surface treatment, which offers excellent durability and long-term color stability.
Candy, Green, and Purple colors use anodized oxidation processing, creating vibrant colors through light interference rather than paint or dye.
Under normal riding and maintenance conditions, the colors remain highly stable for long-term use.
5: How do I confirm the correct bolt size?
You can compare the bolt dimensions with your OEM bolts or contact us directly for assistance.
To help confirm compatibility, please provide:
· Motorcycle model and year
· Installation location
· Photos or measurements if possible
Even small differences in thread pitch or bolt length may affect installation, so we always recommend confirming specifications before ordering.

6: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes.
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
If you have questions about shipping availability or delivery times, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
7: Can I use threadlocker on titanium bolts?
Yes, but it depends on the application.
For brake systems and other high-vibration areas, medium-strength threadlocker is commonly recommended.
For general installation areas, anti-seize lubricant is usually preferred to prevent galling.
We do not recommend using threadlocker and anti-seize together on the same bolt.
8: What should I do if my motorcycle model is not listed?
Please contact us directly.
We may still be able to help confirm compatibility based on your motorcycle model, installation location, or OEM bolt specifications.
You can also send:
- Photos
- Bolt measurements
- OEM part information
Our team will do our best to help you find the correct titanium bolt solution for your motorcycle.
9:Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For most countries, import duties and customs-related fees are already covered by us through our shipping method.
In normal situations, customers do not need to pay additional customs charges after placing an order.
However, customs policies may vary depending on local regulations, and rare exceptions may occur in certain regions.
