材料与制造工艺
本套件中的所有螺栓均采用S级TC4钛合金（Ti-6Al-4V）经CNC精密加工制造。
螺栓头采用650°C高温锻造工艺成型，并采用定制的S-PARTS标志模具进行冲压。
为确保刀槽精度、结构缺陷和长期强度，每个冲压模具的使用次数严格限制在300次以内，以防止因模具疲劳而导致精度损失。
在规格相同下，S-PARTS TC4钛合金的强度可与10.9级同等美，同时重量铝合金接近，在强度和轻量化之间实现了卓越的平衡。这使其成为整车升级的理想之选。
