• Bolt heads are hot-forged at 650°C

• Produced using custom S-PARTS logo stamping dies

• To ensure tool-slot precision and structural integrity, each die is used no more than 300 times

All fasteners are finished with high-precision machining. Threads engage smoothly, installation feedback is clear, and the risk of wear or galling during long-term use is significantly reduced.
